Return Policy
We at Shree Vinayak Traders work hard to provide our customers with the best quality products at amazing prices. We value our customers and hence follow a Simple, Hassle-Free, and Reverse Pick-up Return Policy. If you did not like the fit, color, or design, simply return the product within 7 days of delivery in unused, unworn, unwashed condition.
However, in the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, please take a few photos of the damaged product with the Liv India tag and the Bar Code and email us at shreevinayaktraders@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
How do you Return?
Reverse pick-up from your shipping address: Our reverse pick-up facility is available all over India.
- To return a product, please email us at shreevinayaktraders@gmail.com. For quick processing, mention your order number and details of the product(s) to be returned clearly.
- The Shree Vinayak Traders Team will receive and approve the return request. Once approved, we will arrange for a return pick-up for an agreed date.
How do you get Refund?
Upon receipt of the returned product, the Shree Vinayak Traders Team will inspect the product and approve the refund. You can choose to get your refund in the following ways:
- For COD Orders: Refund via transfer into your Bank Account. Please share your bank details with us at shreevinayaktraders@gmail.com.
- For Online Payment: Money back to the Original Mode of Payment.
We will refund the value of your returned item(s) within 15 working days of receiving the return. Please note that your bank may take an additional 3-5 working days to process the refund.
